摘要
Abstract
Objective To do qualitative identification and determination of protein content of Geosaurus.Methods We used the microscopy、TLC and UV spectrophotometry methods to prove the identification and determine the protein of Geosaurus.Result The protein was linear in the range of 0.02~0.10mg/ml.The stability of protein was fine in 50min.The protein content of geosaurus was 2.33mg/g and RSD was 0.627%.Conclusion Use of the methods of microscopy、TLC can identify Geosaurus.UV methods of protein content of Geosaurus is easy and feasible.关键词
