泸州地区鲍曼不动杆菌的分布和耐药性监测分析
The Distribution and Drug Resistance of Acinetobacter Baumannii in Luzhou Area
摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the distribution characteristics and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumanni in luzhoudistrit to provide a reference for clinical treatment.Methods The result of drug susceptibility and clinical distribution of Acinetobacter baumanni from five different hospital in luzhou area were analyzed and studied retrospectively.The antimicmbial resistance rates were analyzed by WHONET 5.4 software.Results Acinetobacter baumanni infection occurred in ICU or respiratorywards,which was detected from the specimens of sputum(73.51%) and secretion(10.08%).The resistance that over fifty percent were Ceftriaxone,Aztreonam and Amikacin.There high sensitivity in Piperacil intazobactam,Cefoperazone-euudbactam,Levofloxaein,Cipmfloxacinand carbapenems of Acinetobacter baumanni .Conclusion Acinetobacter baumanni has severe drug resistance in luzhou region,Proper antimicrobial drugs should be selected according to the results of drug susceptibility tests.关键词
