摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of aripiprazole combined with low- dose of clozapine in the treatment of female patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods The Study Group 20 cases were treated by aripiprazole combined with low-dose of clozapine treatment,20 cases in the control group only treated with aripiprazole,analyzed the assessment efficacy with the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)and Scale for the Assessment of Negative Symptoms(SANS),applied the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS)to analyze their adverse reactions.Results There was no significant difference between the BPRS scores of the two groups before treatment.After treatment,it showed Significant diference in depression and anxiety and thought disorder(P<0.05), in the activity and total scores,it showed a very significant difference(P<0.01);The same group before and after treatment,the difference is very significant(P<0.01).SANS scores of the two groups had no sign- ificant difference before treatment,After treatment,in lack of interest/social lack had significant differences(P<0.05); The same group before and after treatment,the difference is very significant(P<0.01).TESS statistics showed that two groups’Side reaction occurred with the same frequency.Conclusion Regardless of aripiprazole combined with smal dose of clozapine or single use of aripiprazole in female patients with chronic schizophrenia had a definite effect,aripiprazole combined with smal dose of clozapine has advantages in improvement activities,improve interest/social and so on ,and the adverse reactions were not increased.关键词
