Abstract
Objective To discuss the causes and best treatment of the humeral fracture surgery how to reduce radial nerve injury.Methods 186 patients with Humeral fracture were randomly divided into two groups,93 patients in the control group were treated by conservative treatment,and 93 patients in the observation group were treated by the surgical treatment,and then to compare the fracture healing,nonunion occurred and radial nerve injury as wel as folow-up one year after the recovery of elbow function.Results The healing rate of the observation group was 94.6% which was higher than the control group with 88.2%(P<0.05),the healing time of the observation group than the control group(P<0.05),and elbow function scores than the control group(P<0.05),two sets of radial nerve function after repair excelent rate of the observation group and the control group compared with excelent rate was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Non-surgical treatment of fractures of the treatment and achieved good effect,compared with surgery,fracture healing was similar in the case of non-surgical treatment required healing time is shorter,better functional recovery of elbow,the radial nerve injury is also less,so,according to the patient's specific circumstances reasonable treatment options to improve patient outcomes is critical.关键词
