Abstract
Objective To analyze Management Measures of Patient Medication Safety in High Risk Drug,so promote the high-risk drug management,and ensure the safety of patients.Methods The high-risk drugs of pharmacy were investigated.The existing problems of drug display,warning labels and drug dosage were analyzed and summarized.Results The master problems of high-risk drug concept,high-risk drug problem, high-risk drug warning labels and drug safety problems were exist in the pharmacy.It needs to further improve security.Conclusion High-risk drug of pharmacy should be further management and improvement,to avoid medication errors and ensure patient medication safety.关键词
