Abstract
Objective To explore the distribution characteristics and drug resistance of pathogens isolated from blood culture in dalian municipal friendship hospital in order to provide the basis for clinical rational use of antibiotics. Methods The retrospective statistical analysis method was performed on pathogens distribution and drug resistance.Pathogens were isolated from blood culture from 2012 January to 2013 December.Results A total of 92 strains of pathogens were isolated from 1080 sets of blood cul ture specimens with the positive rate of 8.5%.48 strains of which were Gram-positive bacteria(52.2%).41 strains of which were Gram-negative bacteria(44.6%).3 strains of which were fungi(3.2%).The Gram-positive bacteria were highly susceptible to vancomycin and linezolid, and the Gram-negative bacteria were highly susceptible to meropenem.Other antibiotics occurred resistance in some degree. Conclusion Many pathogens can be detected from blood cul ture specimens,and drug resistance is serious, Clinicians should strengthen the resistance monitoring of them and use the drug reasonably.关键词
