China has entered the aging society, pension problems become a social problem which is urgently need to be soluted;Institution endowment is an important mode of pension in our China,institutional pension service are largely demanded;Endowment Nursing Personnel is an important factor of quality of eldly endowment;specialization training of endowment nursing personnel is an important way to improve quality of endowment nursing personnel.关键词
