Abstract
Objective To establish a bacterial endotoxin test method for L-ornithine hydrochloride.Methods Determine the bacterial endotoxin limit of L-ornithine hydrochloride.The interfering test was carried out according to the bacterial endotoxin test method indexed in the appendix of Chinese Pharmacoperia(2010 edition,Vol Ⅱ),to determine the maximum non-interference concentration.Results The bacterial endotoxin limit of L-ornithine hydrochloride was 5 EU/g.And the maximum non-interference concentration was 12.5 mg/ml.Conclusion The bacterial endotoxin test of L-ornithine hydrochloride can be carried out using TAL.关键词
