亚临床甲状腺功能减退症对2型糖尿病患者糖代谢的影响
Effect of Subclinical Hypothyroidism on Glucose Metabolismof Type 2 Diabetic Patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate glucose metabolism in type 2 diabetics with subclinical hypothyroidi-sm(SCH).Methods The study population consisted of 350 cases of type 2 diabetics registered in our hospital,and the clinical biochemistry indexes,the functions of thyroid and pancreas islets were examined in the SCH patients (50)and non-SCH type 2 diabetic patients(70).Results The observation group patients with impaired fasting glucose (FBG), 2 h postprandial blood glucose (PBG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1C) was significantly lower than that of the control group (t=5.32,2.86,2.19,al P<0.05); thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and insulin secretion index (HOMA-) and insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) was significantly higher than that of the control group (t=15.41,3.00, 4.90,al P<0.05);show the observation group of 0 min insulin C peptide release test (Cp 0) and 30 min (Cp 1) C peptide levels were significantly higher than that of the control group (t=3.33,3.66,P<0.05);correlation analysis found negatively correlated with FBG,PBG and HbA1C with TSH(r=-0.33,-0.29,-0.28,P<0.05),C peptide release test al of the C peptide level,HOMA-beta and HOMA-IR was positively correlated with TSH (r=0.23,0.25,0.24, 0.24,0.23,0.26,P<0.05). Conclusion When the age,sex,course of disease and body mass index was not significantly different.SCH can affect glucose metabolism,and became notable with the aggravation of SCH.关键词
