摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the operation method and ef ect analysis and research of complex tibial Pilon fracture. Methods Selected from 2011 August-2013December 128 cases of complex tibial Pilon fracture patients, which were randomly divided into A group (64 cases) and B group (64 cases).Patients in group A were treated by external fixator combined with limited internal fixation treatment; group Bwere treated with open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of theparal el, two groups of treatment ef ect and complications were compared between.Results The excel ent and good rate of two groups of patients after 1 years of no significant dif erence (P>0.05).No significant dif erence of score function of ankle joint two groups of type I patients (P>0.05);B group II patients postoperative ankle function score wassignificantly higher than in group A (P<0.05);significantly higher than in group B ankle function score in A group Ⅲ patients (P<0.05).Postoperative complications in the two groupsshowed no significant dif erence(P>0.05). Conclusion The operation for patients with the treatment of complex tibial Pilon fractureaccording to fracture type, should take dif erent methods of operation, canef ectively avoid or reduce postoperative complications, more conducive to thefunctional recovery of ankle joint,to improve the quality of life of patients after operation is important.关键词
