Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of metoprolol tartrate in treating chronic congestive heart failure.Methods Take the Department of Cardiology in our hospital, 50 cases of patients with chronic congestive heart failure,which can be divided into A,B two groups.A group of 25 patients using conventional drugs for targeted treatment;group B patients in the A group based on the combined use of metoprolol tartaric acid treatment.Results B group of patients,the total effective rate was 96%,significantly higher than that of A group was 76%,the difference was statistical y significant (P<0.05);after treatment,heart function indexes of patients in the B group significantly better than group A (P<0.05);left ventricular remodeling and heart function indexes of B group than in A group (P<0.05). Conclusion Metoprolol tartaric acid on chronic congestive heart failure were treated with curative effect.It can effectively improve the left ventricular systolic function,reduce ventricular volume and lower quality,but also can improve the heart shape,to prevent further deterioration of cardiac function and ventricular remodeling,which can effectively improve the prognosis of patients and improve the quality of life.关键词
