Abstract
The nasal mucosa rich vascular conducive to drug absorption,nasal administration can not only treat rhinal disease,can also play a systemic role,can avoid gastrointestinal degradation and hepatic first pass efect,high bioavailability, rapid onset. Liposome is a kind of special nature of the phospholipid. This article through to the liposomes and intranasal preparation of liposome, introduces the application and advantages in the nasal drug formulations,namely the effective control of drug release, improve the bioavailability,increase the drug efficacy and stability, reducing drug toxicity.关键词
