摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect and nursing of insulin pump in treatment of types 2 diabetes. Methods Randomly selected 54 type 2 diabetes patients who were in our hospital from March 2012 to August 2013,as the studying object,these 54 patients were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method,27patients for each.The treatment group use continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion (CSⅡ)to treat;The control group use multiple insulin injection (MSⅡ)to treat.Results We can control the blood glucose effectively as a higher level,but for treatment group with rising the lower incidence of hypoglycemia.Conclusions For the insulin pump in the treatment, the hospitalization time is short,drug delivery is accurate,good nursing care is the important guarantee for the diabetic patient with safety pump.关键词
