Abstract
[Abstrace]Objective To investigate the effect of schizophrenia stable period with atypical antipsychotic treatment cost.Methods Using pharmacoeconomic model of decision tree analysis method,the choice of treatment plan evaluation cost minimum expectations of atypical antipsychotics treatment effect.Results In a year of stable period, so that patients with stable disease,long-acting injection treatment scheme of palmitic acid Paley cefoperazone injection in the treatment of risperidone and plan costs were 19 539.2 yuan and 17 187.6 yuan;and the desired treatment cost corresponding respectively is 36 183.7 yuan and 35 807.4 yuan.Conclusion Risperidone long-acting injection in the treatment of schizophrenia and stable period solution treatment are better for the spirit,and it cost less.关键词
