摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the mammary gland fibroma resection perioperative application of antimicrobial drugs prevention cost effectiveness.Methods Select the mammary gland fibroma in 2011 August to 2013 August in our hospital accepted resection in 100 patients with perioperative prophylactic antibiotic use data,retrospective analysis.Results Comparing the two groups,group A time less than 24 h,its efficiency is 92.0%,91.3% in B group;A group medication time>24 h,its efficiency is 96.0%,92.6% in B group;comparison of the body and the patients of two groups before and after operation,the difference was not statisticaly significant(P>0.05);A group of drugs price significantly lower than B group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Excision of mammary gland fibroma after 24 h can stop the use of prophylactic antibiotics,and cefazolin sodium is cheaper.关键词
