Abstract
Objective To explore in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, application of ginger for the treatment of the clinical effect and pharmacological action.Methods Select our hospital patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in 35 cases were analyzed,according to the condition of selection of gingerol,ginger juice treatment,observing the clinical curative effect of the patients.Results 15 patients with cerebral infarction in the intravenous infusion of gingerol 7 days later,9 cases were markedly effective,effective 5 cases,invalid 1 cases,no worse cases,the efficiency is 93.3%.20 cases of patients with coronary heart disease,angina pectoris using ginger juice after treatment,12 cases markedly effective,effective 6 cases,invalid 2 cases,no worse cases,the efficiency is 90.0%.Conclusion Ginger has the pharmacological basis of good in the cardiovascular system, auxiliary role for the treatment of the disease are very good,so it is worthy of clinical widely used.关键词
