摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the causes of drug returning in outpatient pharmacy patients,provide the basis for the later intervention,to ensure the safety of patients with medication.Methods Colection of 2013 in our hospital outpatient prescription drug withdrawal information using the HIS system,the statistics back medicine type and frequency,combined with the analysis of the causes of drug returning drug return record.Results In 2013 my courtyard outpatient pharmacy drug withdrawal in 3 273 cases,the various factors leading to the patient refused medication,the doctor more open,the wrong medicine is the main reason causes of drug return in.Conclusion Statistical analysis was based on the drug return in our hospital,should be aimed at the causes of drug returning, effectively returning drug intervention, reduce drug withdrawal rate.关键词
