尼莫地平治疗慢性脑供血不足的疗效观察OA
To observe the Curative Effect of Nimodipine in the Treatment of Chronic Cerebral Circulation Insufficiency
目的：探讨尼莫地平治疗慢性脑供血不足（CCCI）的疗效。方法将110例CCCI患者随机分为两组，各55例。对照组患者采用常规治疗方法（阿司匹林、胞磷酸胆碱、活血化瘀中成药等），治疗组患者在常规治疗基础上加用尼莫地平口服；观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后经颅多普勒超声（TCD）的变化。结果治疗组患者的临床疗效总有效率为78.2%，明显优于对照组的52.7%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；两组患者治疗前后TCD比较，治疗组患者的总有效率为76.4…查看全部>>
