Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Tanreqing Injection in ventilator associated pneumonia. Methods 74 patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia from 2012 January to 2014 admitted in our hospital treatment of 1 cases with single method,the patients were divided into two groups,patients in control group received routine treatment,patients in the observation group in the conventional treatment based on the take of Tanreqing injection treatment,in patients of two groups were observed the clinical effect and the changes of C-reactive protein(CRP)levels back situation.Results The effective rate of observation group therapy was 97.3%,significantly higher than the control group 73.0%,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Two groups of patients with CRP level before treatment,the difference was not statisticaly significant(P>0.05),after treatment,patients in the observation group the CRP level was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).To observe the time of mechanical ventilation and intensive care unit patients (ICU) monitoring time was significantly less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Use of Tanreqing Injection in the treatment of ventilator-associated pneumonia,can effectively control the development of diseases occurred at the same time, inhibit inflammatory reaction.关键词
