摘要
Abstract
Objective To study of lappaconitine hydrobromide on the analgesic effect of traditional Chinese medicine after anorectal operation.Methods From 2012 March to 2014 March Chinese medicine anorectal surgery patients in our hospital received 78 cases,randomly divided into Lappaconitine hydrobromide injection group and single epidural injection group,39 cases each;to observe the analgesic effect of the two groups under different methods.Results The two groups were compared,the total adverse reaction of lappaconitine hydrobromide injection was significantly lower than that of single epidural injection group,visual analog scale of lappaconitine hydrobromide injection group patients was 0 points group were higher than those in single epidural injection group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lappaconitine used in analgesia after anorectal surgery of traditi- onal Chinese medicine is obvious,can aleviate the pain on the physiological and mental patients in a certain extent.关键词
