摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with metformin in the treatment of obesity related hypertension patients.Methods 126 patients in 2013 January to 2014 January in obesity related hypertension, according to randomly divided into A,B,C3 group,42 cases in each group,A patients with amlodipine therapy,group B patients using metformin alone,group C patients used a combination of two kinds of drug treatment, compared 3 groups of patients after treatment with insulin,blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid,hemoglobin and the treatment eficiency.Results In C group,the total efective rate was 95.2%,significantly better than the A group and B group were 81% and 71.4%;after treatment,blood pressure of patients in group C was significantly better than that in A group and B group;B group and C group were better than those of group A lipid-lowering efect;efect is obviously better than that of B group,A group,C group,insulin resistance,the diference was significant statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of metformin and amlodipine on blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension and obesity significantly improved,on blood lipid and insulin resistance has obvious impro- vement efect.关键词
