摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the main factors inducing coronary heart disease patients with chronic left heart failure in patients with pulmonary hypertension.Methods Retrospective analysis of chronic left heart failure of coronary heart disease with force clinical data of patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension,to analyze the related factors to induce the.Results With pulmonary hypertension in patients with New York Heart Association(NYHA) classificationⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ respectively 0,3,16,39 cases,without pulmonary hypertension patients were 4,10,9,19 cases of patients with pulmonary hypertension;LVEDd,LA,RV was significantly higher than that of without pulmonary arterial hypertension patients,LVEF was lower than that without pulmonary hypertension patients,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.01).Conclusion With pulmonary hypertension coronary heart disease patients with chronic left heart failure in patients with obvious dilatation of the heart,cardiac function and liver function is poor,and poor clinical outcome.关键词
