Abstract
Objective To explore the minimaly invasive surgical correction of pectus excavatum clinical effect and nursing in the treatment of pectus excavatum in the process of.Methods From 2013 May to 2014 June in our hospital were suffering from congenital funnel chest in 24 patients,performed thoracoscopic minimaly invasive surgical correction of pectus excavatum procedure for pectus excavatum correction to it,observe the clinical treatment of patients with.Results Operation time of the patients in 38~56 min,the average(45.0±2.1)min; the amount of bleeding in 5~11 ml,postoperative hospitalization time of 4~7 d,the average(5.0±1.2)d.The results of folow-up survey 2 months showed the patient had no plate shift phenomenon,correction effect is better.Conclusion Minimaly invasive surgical correction of pectus excavatum with the corresponding nursing measures in the treatment of pectus excavatum process,with less trauma,less bleeding,quick recovery and the advantages of patients after operation.关键词
