摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of DR plain film in the clinical diagnosis of occult rib fracture. Methods In recent years in our hospital were selected in 55 patients with suspected occult rib fracture patients were studied,al patients underwent DR plain film and spiral CT detection, comparison of the diagnostic rate.Results In 55 patients, DR plain film of 49 cases confirmed,not confirmed 2 cases,4 cases were negative,the positive rate was 89.1%;there were 216 fractures,including old fractures in 9,suspected fracture in 12;spiral CT diagnosis of 52 cases diagnosed, uncertain in 1 cases,2 cases were negative,the positive rate is. 94.5%;there were 233 fractures, including old fractures in 16,suspected fracture in 12.Conclusion A significant diagnostic value in the diagnosis of occult fracture of DR plain film,however there is stil a certain rate of missed,so need combined with spiral CT diagnosis.关键词
