Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efect of percutaneous CT guided percutaneous puncture biopsy of lung tumor.Methods In our hospital 60 patients,CT guided percutaneous puncture biopsy of lung tumor.The specimens for histological and cytological analysis of histopathology,diagnosis of histopathology,observe the success rate of puncture biopsy.Results In 60 patients,58 cases were successful,the success rate was 96.7%,pathological diagnosis for 50 cases of positive diagnostic rate was 83.3%,the cytological diagnosis identified as positive in 40 cases,the diagnosis rate was 66.7%.Conclusion CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy for pulmonary lesions of tumor and peripheral lesions can be wel positioned,accuracy rate is very high.关键词
