Abstract
Objective To study on proton pump inhibitors(PPIs) in outpatient prescription is reasonable use, provides the reference for the clinical rational drug use.Methods Choosing a hospital in 2014 January to June prescription,prescription of PPIs containing a comprehensive record of the relevant information,according to the relevant provisions of"prescription management method",analyzes the rationality of the.Results The total extraction for PPIs 6 778 prescriptions,the unreasonable prescription has 2 020,accounted for 29.8%,a higher frequency of irrational drug use is to grasp the indications of drug compatibility,improper,unreasonable drug usage is not reasonable.Conclusion Suggest that clinicians should strictly control the indications of drug use and dosage,makes the use of PPIs is more reasonable,standard.关键词
