摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of ray Bel a with the joint use of hydrotalcite in treatment of post cholecystectomy with bile reflux gastritis.Methods From 2008 June to 2014 June in our hospital for cholecystectomy with 84 cases of bile reflux gastritis patients,divided into 3 groups,A group with ray Bel a azole therapy,group B with hydrotalcite in treatment,C group with combined treatment of two medicine;the 3 groups were observed and compared the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction.Results After the treatment,the treatment effect of the patients in the B group than that in A group,C group of patients with obvious therapeutic effect is better than that of A,B two groups,the difference was statistical y significant(P<0.05).3 groups of patients had different degrees of adverse reactions to diarrhea,abdominal distention,nausea,acid reflux in the use of drugs,through the relevant measures,symptoms gradually disappear,no serious impact on treatment effect.Conclusion Clinical use of ray Bel a with the joint use of hydrotalcite in treatment of postcholecystectomy bile reflux gastritis with good treatment effect,can help the patients to relieve the clinical symptoms.关键词
