摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Urapidil and nitroglycerin in the treatment of acute left heart failure.Methods 198 cases of patients with heart failure treated from 2012 November to 2014 June were selected in our department of Hospital of acute left heart failure and acute left,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,99 cases in each,Patients in control group were treated with Nitroglycerin Injection treatment, the observation group were treated Urapidil Hydrochloride Injection treatment,compared two groups of patients with curative effect and adverse reaction.Results Patients in the observation group the total efficiency of 94.9%, patients in the control group the total efficiency of 89.9%,two group of comparison,no significant difference(P>0.05);observation of adverse reaction in group of patients the incidence rate of 2.0%,significantly lower than the 8.1%in the control group,the difference was statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Urapidil hydrochloride injection therapeutic effect for the treatment ofacute left heart failure and acute left heart failure with satisfaction,and less adverse reaction.关键词
