摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of alprostadil combined with telmisartan in treating early diabetic nephropathy.Methods From 2014 January to 2015 January in our hospital treatment of 86 cases of early diabetic nephropathy patients,the use of a double blind randomized grouping,43 patients in the control group given telmisartan treatment,the observation group of 43 patients in the control group based on the application of alprostadil treatment,compared two groups of biochemical indexes.Results The biochemical indexes were compared between the two groups before treatment,no significant difference(P>0.05);after the treatment,the observation group of patients with urinary albumin,24 h urinary protein,blood urea nitrogen,blood creatinine levels decreased significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Effect of alprostadil combined with telmisartan in treating early diabetic nephropathyis more prominent,the clinical effect of higher value.关键词
