摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) for integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of clinical efficacy.Methods The prospective study,120 AECOPD patients were col ected in our hospital from 2010 January to 2013 January were treated patients, were randomly divided into control group (conventional therapy of Western Medicine)and observation group(routine treatment of Western medicine is based on the use of Chinese medicine decoction).Differences in clinical and laboratory indexes of two groups were compared analysis.Results Clinical observation of patients with efficiency of 88.3%,61.7% in the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05);The observation group before and after treatment in patients with partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2)remission was significantly better than the control group,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The exact curative effect in the treatment of AECOPD patients with combination of TCM and Western medicine,can significantly improve the patient's quality of life,is a safe and effective treatment method.关键词
