摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of reteplase for acute myocardial infarction.Methods In 66 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected from January to 2014 the author place unit in 2013 February were as the research object,according to their hospitalization time sequence is divided into two groups,33 patients in the control group given urokinase therapy,33 patients with reteplase group was treated with reteplase therapy. Comparison of two groups of patients with clinical thrombolysis after recanalization rate,death rate and bleeding rate.Results Reteplase in patients with vascular recanalization rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the group of patients with bleeding rate,mortality rate were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical therapeutic effect of the treatment of acute myocardial infarctionusing reteplase with high ideals,and higher safety.关键词
