摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of nimodipine in the treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods In our hospital 60 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage patients as the research object,and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each of 30 cases.Patients in the control group used routine treatment,the test group were treated with nimodipine treatment on the basis of conventional therapy, complications of the two groups were observed and compared the effect of treatment,the morbidity and mortality rate.Results In experiment group,the total effective rate was 93.3%,significantly higher than 70.0%in the control group,the difference was statistical y significant(P<0.05);the experimental group the incidence of complications was 6.7%(2/30),the mortality rate was 3.3%(1/30);the control group the incidence of complications was 26.7%(8/30),the fatality rate was 13.3%(4/30).The test group the rate of complication and the mortality rate was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Can significantly improve the treatment effect of nimodipine in the treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage,and can decrease the complications,and is safe and reliable.关键词
