重症监护病房重症患者行经皮气管切开术的临床疗效
For Critically ill Patients in ICU Clinical effect of Percutaneous Tracheostomy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the intensive care unit(ICU)in patients with severe for clinical effect of percu-taneous tracheostomy.Methods Collected in our hospital and the data of 64 patients with tracheotomy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each 32 cases, test group were treated by percutaneous puncture incision of PDT, the control group was treated with conventional tracheotomy, the clinical curative effect and the operation conditions of the two groups were compared.Results The test group the total effective rate was 96.9%, significantly higher than 84.4%in the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).In the test group in the operation time,intraoperative and postoperative bleeding,complications and healing after extubation was superior to the control group,the difference was statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Severe ICU percutaneous trache-ostomy to obtain ideal in the clinical treatment effect,and has good application value.关键词
