摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of tinnitus in neural Department of Internal Medicine.Methods The neurological department of internal medicine outpatient treatment of tinnitus patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results 80 cases of tinnitus patients,42 cases of the existence of sleep,mental disorder,no obvious pathological changes;38 cases were diagnosed as non ear or ear diseases.Conclusion Tinnitus is more complex etiology,diagnosis and treatment of doctors in tinnitus patients,should expand the way of thinking,cultivate correct ideas in clinical diagnosis,through careful inquiry,the relevant inspection can effectively decrease the misdiagnosis of patients.关键词
