摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effective nursing methods and effects in children with severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure.Methods 67 cases of children with severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure from 2009 January to 2013 January in our hospital,were randomly divided into 33 cases of the control group and intervention group of 34 cases.The control group were given routine nursing,the intervention group were given targeted nursing.The nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results After the nursing intervention group,the recovery time of cough,difficulty breathing recovery time and days of hospitalization were significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective nursing intervention on children with pneumonia failure cure rate and improve the quality of life and rehabilitation has obvious effect,can maximize the therapeutic effect.关键词
