摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the nursing of enteral nutrition standardization in critical y ill patients effect. Methods 96 cases of critical y il patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each 48 cases,the control group was given conventional nursing,the experimental group was given enteral nutrition standard nursing on the basis of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results The test group tube jam,diarrhea,constipation,gastric retention,aspiration of the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of enteral nutrition on standardized nursing can effectively improve the treatment effect of the implem-entation of critical y il patients,reduce the incidence of complications.
