Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical eficacy and cost of domestic clopidogrel and imported clopidogrel in the treatment of ischemic stroke eficiency.Methods We selected 716 cases of ischemic stroke patients,randomly divided into domestic clopidogrel group 238 cases,imported clopidogrel group of 236 cases and 242 cases of aspirin.The first day in patients with acute stage were given clopidogrel 600 mg and 150 mg/d+aspirin,clopidogrel 100 mg/d,7 d after continuous treatment,the patients in the 3 groups were given clopidogrel 75 mg/d,imported clopidogrel 75 mg/d,150 mg/d of aspirin for 12 months.Evaluation of 12 months in patients without progression rate or without recurrence rate.And calculate the administration cost,cost-benefit analysis.Results After treatment,no recurrence rate of domestic clopidogrel and imported clopidogrel group patients were significantly higher than that of aspirin group;and the course of treatment,the occurrence of domestic clopidogrel group and Plavix group of patients with adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than that of aspirin group,the diference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05),but the domestic clopidogrel and imported clopidogrel the comparison group,no significant diference(P>0.05);the 3 groups of patients with cost-benefit ratio were 28.9,78.5,11.7;the incremental cost-efectiveness of domestic clopidogrel (delta C/ Delta E) is far lower than the imported clopidogrel.Conclusion The efect of domestic clopidogrel for prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke is superior to aspirin,clopidogrel and imported similar preventive efect,low side efects,and low price.关键词
