Abstract
Objective To investigate the diferent periods of infusion of dexmedetomidine efect on patients quality of anesthesia for craniotomy surgery recovery.Methods To colect data of patients with elective craniotomy in 120 cases,were randomly divided into A,B,C 3 groups,40 cases in each.Patients in group A before infusion of dexmedetomidine,patients in group B infusion of dexmedetomidine,group C patients postoperative infusion of dexmedetomidine,observe and record the 3 groups of patients before induction of anesthesia(T0),extubation(T1),5 min after extubation(T2)and 15 min(T3),30 min(T4)when the heart rate(HR)and Ramsay scores were compared between the 3 groups of sedation,adverse reaction and extubation time case.Results A and B of two groups at each time interval HR,Ramsay sedation score,there was no significant diference(P<0.05),the adverse reaction of 3 groups of patients rate comparison,the diferences were not statisticaly significant(P>0.05);C group of patients with T1~T4 HR,Ramsay sedation score were significantly better than that of A,B two groups,no significant diference(P<0.05); however,the patients in the C group the extubation time were more than that of A,B two groups,the diference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The different periods of infusion of dexmedetomidine can reduce the patients after surgical anesthesia recovery period the stress response during tracheal extubation after operation,but the pump injection could prolong the time of extubation,suggested that preoperative and intraoperative infusion is better.关键词
