Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of montelukast sodium in treatment of children with cough variant asthma.Methods In our hospital from 2010 April to 2013 August were analyzed with cough variant asthma in 80 cases as the object of study,divided into two groups according to the treatment methods,40 cases in each group,the observation group were given montelukast oral therapy,the control group were given the Shah Mette Lo and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation therapy.Comparison of the clinical effects of two groups and peak expiratory flow changes.Results The observation group with total effective rate was 95.0%,significantly higher than 80.0% in the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05);comparison of maximum peak expiratory flow changes before and after treatment in two groups,no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma clinical effect is obvious.关键词
