Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of enalapril in the treatment of heart failure after acute myocardial infarction.Methods From 2011 December to 2013 December in our hospital treated 70 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients with heart failure after data,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 35 cases.The patients in the treatment group were given enalapril treatment,patients in control group were treated with valsartan in the treatment,the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results In the treatment of patients in the treatment group the total effective rate was 94.3%,significantly higher than 71.4% in the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of enalapril in the treatment of heart failure after acute myocardial infarction significantly.关键词
