摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the normal pressure and the lower limit of normal tension glaucoma(NTG)and the effect of clinical treatment methods.Methods Colecting data of 48 cases of normal intraocular pressure limit the NTG patients,given ratan prostaglandins,a piece of cobalt amine, gingko leaf,vitamin B12 and cytidine diphosphate choline treatment,the effect not beautiful person with surgery.Results After treatment,48 patients with visual acuity increased OA,CRA,PSV,EDV compared with before treatment,visual acuity,intraocular pressure,the defect of RI was significantly lower than those before treatment,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The lower limit of normal intraocular pressure in NTG patients were given comprehensive treatment,better effect and less adverse reaction.关键词
