摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of locking plate fixation for the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures.Methods Select 62 cases of complex tibial plateau fracture patients,the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each 31 cases,the control group was given cannulated screw fixation for the treatment,the treatment group was given the locking plate fixation for the treatment,compared two groups of patients.Results The patients in the treatment group were excelent and good rate was better than the control group,and the healing time of fracture,ful weight bearing time and hospitalization time were shorter than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Locking plate fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures with obvious effect.关键词
