摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the ankylosing spondylitis(AS)and pathological characteristics of spinal fractures,and prognostic analysis.Methods From April to 2014 March into 2012 in our hospital 26 cases of ankylosing spondylitis patients with spinal fracture and data,analysis of the pathological features,and 6 months of folow-up,to observe the prognosis effect.Results After treatment of Frankel grading and visual analogue scale(VAS) score improved significantly than before treatment(P<0.05),no serious complications of internal fixation abscission etc.Conclusion AS and pathological characteristics of spinal fracture of osteoporosis,insidious onset,intervertebral disc without fracture line,should take appropriate treatment according to the conditions of patients,operation patients to be active prevention in the postoperative complications, improve the survival quality.关键词
