药学干预对多药联合治疗2型糖尿病患者疗效的影响
Influence of Pharmaceutical Intervention to accept Multi drug Treatment for Patients with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of pharmacy intervention accept multi drug treatment for patients with type 2 diabetes melitus.Methods We selected 101 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes,patients wil be divided into pharmaceutical intervention group(group A,n=57)and control group(group B,n=44).Comparison of two groups of patients treatment effect,the incidence of medication deviation,recorded their medication compliance. Results A group of patients,the total effective rate was 96.5%,obviously higher than that of B group 79.5%(P<0.05); in group A were significantly lower than B group deviation(P<0.05);A group of compliance for the excelent and good rate was 93.0%,higher than that in B group and 72.7%(P<0.05).Conclusion The pharmacy intervention to be accepted multi-drug combination therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes,which can effectively improve their medication compliance,treatment and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.关键词
