Abstract
Objective To analyze large area cerebral infarction with postoperative nursing and nursing effect of cerebral hernia.Methods Colected from April 2013~August 2014 during the diagnosis and treatment of 69 cases with large area cerebral infarction cerebral hernia patients as the research object,in the form of random number table group is divided into experimental group(36 cases)and control group(33 cases),control group were treated by routine nursing management,experimental group patients in the control group on the basis of the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention,on complications of two groups of patients and nursing satisfaction analysis comparison.Results The results showed that the patients satisfaction rate of patients was obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.05),complication rates significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with large area cerebral infarction cerebral hernia comprehensive nursing intervention has good clinical curative effect.关键词
