摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound and liver biopsy in the diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis.Methods Colected in our hospital 180 cases of liver fibrosis in patients with data,take the ultrasound image and liver biopsy were observed,coincidence rate of the diagnosis of liver fibrosis.Results No significant changes in liver echo the coincidence rate was 65.9%;echo of liver parenchyma and thickening of the coincidence rate is 64.2%; liver echo thickened the coincidence rate is 20.8%;the liver showed diffuse injury consistent rate is 95.5%;the coincidence rate is 60.0% showing early cirrhosis.Conclusion In the clinical diagnostic ultrasound imaging can be used as a common method of detecting liver fibrosis.关键词
