摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the ultrasonic diagnosis of non mass lesions of mammary gland expression. Methods From 2010 May to 2011 May take ultrasound method and confirmed by operation or biopsy pathology in 50 patients with non tumor lesions of the breast clinical data analysis.Results 50 cases of non palpable breast lesions of patients,pathology showed 34 cases(68.0%)for malignant lesions,16 cases(32.0%)for non malignant lesions.Ultrasound showed 36 cases(72.0%)with sheet low echo,for 1;11 cases(22.0%)with dispersion performance in micro calcification flake hypoechoic areas,for 2;3 cases(6.0%)with micro calcification were scattered or cluster distribution performance,grade 3.Conclusion Ultrasonic diagnosis to have high sensitivity and low specificity, clinical method to identify breast non mass lesions combined with a variety of image,have need can be taken when ultrasound guided biopsy method for diagnosis.关键词
