摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the rational use of drugs in clinical pharmacy inquiry application effect in the management of.Methods Colected 2012 January to December before the implementation and post implementation in 2013 January to December data of 150 cases of patients with al and prescriptions of 150 copies each,compared before and after implementation of 1 years of type I incision of unreasonable application of antibacterial drugs of traditional Chinese medicine injection rate and rational application rate.Results The clinical reasonable medication inquiry after the implementation of type I incision,unreasonable application of antibacterial drugs of traditional Chinese medicine injection rate,the rational application rate was significantly lower than that before the implementation,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rational use of drugs for clinical question of pharmacy management can effectively reduce the unreasonable use of risk,improving the quality of pharmaceutical service.关键词
