摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of the application of midwife hierarchical management mode. Methods Data of 1236 cases colected in our hospital from 2010 March to begin the implementation of midwife hierarchical management mode of primipara before and after period of time,according to the development of midwife hierarchical management mode is divided into before the implementation of group of 611 cases and after the implementation of group 625 cases,compared before and after implementation of the obstetric quality index,and the quality of nursing complaints.Results Rate,lateral episiotomy rate,cervical laceration rate,the rate of postpartum hemorrhage was significantly lower than that before the implementation group primipara after the implementation of the perineum wound infection;incidence were obviously decreased and the nursing complaint cases,nursing defects,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Midwives grading management mode,set the midwifery leader,process control,improve service quality,help to achieve continuous improvement of nursing work, and try to explore the culture and midwifery specialty nurses and clinical nurse specialists.关键词
