摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the enalapril maleate tablets and nifedipine are two different drugs in the treatment of hypertension in cost-effectiveness.Methods 105 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into group A and B group.A group was given enalapril maleate Tablets treatment,while B group were given nifedipine delayde-release tablets.The cost and effect of of two groups was compared.Results A group of patients,the total effective rate was 96.2％(50/52) in group B was 94.3％(50/53),the two groups total effective rate,the difference was not statisticaly significant(P＞0.05).A group of patients of adverse reactions was 7.7％(4/52) in group B was 9.4％(3/53),adverse reaction rate between the two groups,the difference was not statisticaly significant(P＞0.05).A composition of this-effectiveness ratio(C/E)112.8,significantly lower than the 303.5 group B(P＜0.05).Suppose two hypertensive medications reduce the total cost of 10％,A composition of this-effectiveness ratio was 101.5,significantly lower than the 273.1 group B(P＜0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of two drugs are similar,but enalapril maleate tablets have the cost-effectiveness advantage.关键词
